Vrooom!

While Nona (aka NoniNoniNoni) was visiting Molly took a trip to the Zoo. Similar to our trip to the fair, the highlight of the trip seems to have been the rides rather than the animals. Here's some pictures of her driving some cars.

Sure, she doesn't appear to be really really into the ride, but I guarantee that this girl was begging to get on the ride "again?" and "again?" and "again?"!

We went to an amazing wedding up in Sonoma County this weekend (held at Wildwood resort, if anyone is looking for a great place to get married). On the drive down today we decided to stop by the Sonoma-Marin County fair. In the car, all Molly could talk about was the cows that we'd see, how they make milk from their udders, and how she would like to drink the milk and thank the cows. When we got there, however, she was rather more smitten with the pony ride, toddler-sized "bumper cars", and fair rides (like the "truck" below).

Most impressive to me was how she nearly jumped into the woman's arms at the pony ride when we told her that the lady would have to put her on the pony. This is the same girl that is reluctant to let her grandparents say hello if she hasn't seen them for a week. Hmmm... maybe she's angling to get her grandparents to buy her a pony? ;)

we had a fun father's day brunch with our neighbors on the block, with some painting and swimming fun...

She's a big girl, hangin' out like the big kids at the park. Having lots of fun with Nona and Uncle Seth, too!

we went to a wedding when we were in new york last weekend, and molly got really excited by the klezmer music and dancing. she danced around in circles until almost midnight! we were too busy trying to catch up with her to take pictures of her dance moves, but someone else took these pics of her as she took a break on the dance floor...
