Franklin, Franklin, & Franklin

Judd & Tybe made the long trip all the way up to the Bay Area on Monday and we all celebrated by having a lovely, totally chaotic gathering at Seth & Kristen's house. There was screaming, laughing, singing, and so much more. And we managed to get all five cousins to sit still long enough for a photo. We even tried a selfie with all 11 of us - not totally successful, but not totally unsuccessful. 

Carmel Valley Visit (April 2013)

For this trip we took the train down to visit Nana and Pa. At long last I finally remembered to look out the window at just the right moment to catch a glimpse of Drawbridge, California - the Bay Area's only ghost town, completely inaccessible and visible only from Amtrak trains.

And, of course, we had a lovely time hanging out and splashing around at Nana & Pa's! Especially since we got to see cutie Adena.

SMOAC: Cousins on the Beach (April 2013)

One of the highlights of this trip was hanging out on the beach with cousin Adena. Good ol' chilly, windy, sandy beach fun, California-style.

Great Grand Girls

We surprised GGPa with an extra special visit after our trip to the bookstore: he got to enjoy all three of his great-grand-girls, including baby Adena!
