Clara's buddy Simone came over to play (back in May). They're buddies from daycare - even though Simone is about 6 months older than Clara they've always had a great time together, as you can see. Too bad for us, Simone is moving to Canada this summer.
In May Nona & Molly explored the Oakland Rose Garden while I took Clara to see an acupuncturist to see if she could help with Clara's eczema. Afterwords, Nona and the girls made rose water with petals they picked up off the ground.
After playing in the creek we had a fun time trying to ride the bus home. I say trying, because recently they re-arranged all the bus lines. So we carefully studied the maps, schedules, and signs. But the sign was wrong and the bus took us where we didn't want to go. But we had fun riding it anyway. I love the Van Hool busses that AC transit uses on some lines (even though I know it's a contentious issue). The big open window at the back of the bus is just lovely, though. And so much fun to look out of as we go.

Nona's all moved in to her new place. I even delivered her bike to her this afternoon. Here's the place, hiding behind trees, with her car, bike, and box all hanging out in front. It's all of a 5 minute bike ride.
