We were so lucky to be able to stay in a hotel right by the Public Garden/Boston Common. Which meant that we got outside and explored the parks every day! It was awesome. It was also really funny for me to realize what California kids these are. They were both impressed with an outdoor ice skating rink. And ice on the sidewalk. Clara at one point exclaimed: "Look Mama! It's REAL ice!".

Boston Trip
And here are the rest of the pictures from the trip, including the two hats that I knit (my first AND my second!), playing with Kristen, Seth, Nana, & Pa, enjoying art, and wind, and other fun things Boston had to offer. Plus, playing music in SFO.
Flower Girls
Did you hear that we went to Boston last month so the kids could be flower girls in a wedding? No? Well, that's funny, because Clara was counting down the days for months before the event. I'm pretty sure it lived up to their expectations (even though ice skating topped Clara's mental list of things she did in Boston when asked a week after the trip). Here's some pictures of the lovely event, honoring Zach's cousin Shannon's wedding to Terry.
