The flight home went surprisingly smoothly. Molly even let Clara look out the window (and at the safety card) for a few minutes.

We have had a fantastic adventure out here in Takoma Park this past week(+), and have tons of photos to share. In the interest of posting them quickly, I'm posting lots of pictures now (click on photo above), and I'll sort through them later. In the mean time, some highlights from the trip include: our trip to the Recycling Center (really!), riding Gallagher (a horse!), playing with all the toys at Nona & Opa's house (including Automoblox!), making felt slippers (really!), Clara's new attitude (ehhhh!), Molly growing up (and being reasonable?), and so much more...

Cleaning up more files and found this cute photo shoot from March. At the time I remember being excited about the foot-holding and the rolling over (or was it almost rolling over?). And just 9 months later we're excited about the walking (no more speed crawling for her) and the talking (she shouts "dog!" for every animal she sees, "apple!" for food, and today she managed to say "outside!" at daycare).

Rainy Days

We've been enjoying a cold & rainy weekend. The girls love their bright yellow raincoats and Molly loves splashing the puddles in her ladybug rain boots.
