Carmel Valley Visit (April 2013)
For this trip we took the train down to visit Nana and Pa. At long last I finally remembered to look out the window at just the right moment to catch a glimpse of Drawbridge, California - the Bay Area's only ghost town, completely inaccessible and visible only from Amtrak trains.
And, of course, we had a lovely time hanging out and splashing around at Nana & Pa's! Especially since we got to see cutie Adena.

SMOAC: Cousins on the Beach (April 2013)
One of the highlights of this trip was hanging out on the beach with cousin Adena. Good ol' chilly, windy, sandy beach fun, California-style.
Instant Car-ma (April 2013)
After not much debate, we all agreed it would be lovely to have polka dots on our car. And even lovelier to have magnetic polka dots! Zach found them online, the girls and I washed the car, and voila! Suddenly we can make out our car among all the other silver Priuses in town.
