I believe you have a Cross Orbweaver (Araneus diadematus)
These are a common garden spider. The Orbweaver family are the most commonly observed spiders and are beneficial since their large round webs catch mostly insects that attack plants.
The most famous of these spiders is Charlotte in E.B. White’s Charlotte’s Web.
