Sculpture People

We stumbled across this super-realistic sculpture of a family being photographed. The girls (Molly in particular) were really taken by it and spent a lot of time exploring the sculpture and talking to the people. Molly even spent time revisiting her fear of dogs with the little sculpture dog (that's about the same size and color as the dog that bit her last year).

It was in Beverly Hills. Sculpture by J. Seward Johnson Jr., 1989, originally located in front of Giorgio Beverly Hills store. Turns out that what we walked by was a recreation of the Giorgio store front (the Rodeo Drive store closed in 1998). Article about it here:

The whole scene is pretty surreal, and reading the article just makes it even more surreal.
