SMOAC Codornices (v.2)

Last Saturday's SMOAC took us back to Codornices Park. I still can't quite pronounce the name of that park without help from the girls, but that doesn't change how fun it is. It's a big park, with playgrounds, a creek (Codornices Creek, I would guess), and a wooded hillside that feels endless (even though it's not). We played the hiking game - the leader heads out until out of view, and waits at the next trail junction; then the second hiker hikes to the first, and so on. We also enjoyed taking the bus there - and the girls enjoyed reading & drawing on the bus (even though we got frustrated by one bus that we missed because it was a few minutes early!).
