Day 2 - Beaches, Shells, Baskets, and Exploring
Day 2 got us right out on the beach. Even the "crowded" Lifeguard Beach was quite a contrast to the New York City beach we had just visited. Clara started on her basketweaving project, and, of course, we collected shells.
Oh! And it was my birthday. We celebrated by going to the Backporch restaurant. Back in the day, it was the fanciest place in town.
